The Solutions Center is the primary point of contact for faculty and students needing assistance with services provided by Academic Technologies on the Foggy Bottom, Mt. Vernon, and Virginia Science and Technology campuses. Trained Solutions Center staff assist clients with resources ranging from computer classrooms to video production by identifying the nature of the question and then ensuring referral to appropriate Academic Technologies' teams.
