Solutions Center (Help Desk)
Academic Technologies’ Solutions Center is a help desk service and the primary point of contact for the faculty and staff who are seeking support within AT's classroom environment. The Solutions Center services the Foggy Bottom, Mount Vernon, and Virginia Science and Technology campuses.
Our friendly and dedicated staff provides technical support to the GW community and can be reached by web, phone, and email. The Solutions Center remotely monitors all technology enhanced classrooms to ensure systems are operating effectively. Classrooms are equipped with direct dial telephones to reach our Solutions Center, where support staff members can remotely connect to classroom lecterns to provide support.
