G1 Computing Account

A G1 Account provides users with login access to the computers in Academic Technologies Computer Labs and High Technology Classrooms. In order to automatically enroll in the G1 Account system, you must be a faculty member or a registered student with a valid NetID. A NetID is used to log into GW Email, Blackboard, or myGW and can be created at the Division of IT Help Desk Account Center.

Use the link below to enroll in the G1 Account system. If you have previously enrolled in the G1 Account system and you are unable to login, please re-enroll your G1 account.

Special G1 Account Request

Academic Technologies recognizes there are some special members and guests of our university who might need access to campus computing.

If you would like to request consideration for access to campus computer classrooms or labs, please submit the completed special account request form in Adobe PDF format and appropriate supporting documentation (page 2 of printable form) to either:
